Hopes Tinkery LLC ("Hopes Tinkery", "we", "us") is a software company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit hopestinkery.com, contact us, or use our software.

We don't use advertising, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics on hopestinkery.com, and we don't ask you to create an account.

• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Fonts. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a standard request, including your IP address, to Google's servers.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to provide the help you asked for, and we keep it only as long as we need it for that purpose or as required by law.

We build our software to be local-first: information stays on your device unless sending it somewhere is needed for a feature you chose to use. Each app's specific privacy details will be published here before its public release.

• NurtureLedger is in development. Its privacy policy will be published before release.
• PumpDash privacy details will be published before public release.
• a_gnome_trader runs on your own computer or server using a Discord bot you create. Your watch lists and settings stay on that machine, and Hopes Tinkery does not receive them. Discord's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through Discord.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us run the site (such as our host), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the company.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hopes@hopestinkery.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above. For significant changes, we'll make the update clear on this site.
